		<description>Yes, it is a tool also, although, for the record, I&#039;ve been unable to make my mini pump do anything besides let more air out.  Also, that&#039;s the $10 I spent on school pictures (per kid) right there (if REI even carries those here; they didn&#039;t last time I was there). 

As for being visible -- I think it&#039;s more because the drivers aren&#039;t looking for cyclists than that they really aren&#039;t visible. Audible, now that&#039;s a good point. A problem shared by electric/hybrid cars.</description>

I think the plain truth is that cars are far more visible and audible than cyclists, even with lights.
