If it's just wordpress blogs, we can host them for free through Redivivablogs, along with your domain name. You can use Google Apps for any domain-based email too (That's what I use, thanks to Melissa Lion's suggestion). Unless you have other reasons for a dedicated hosting account, you can probably go cost free.
