		<description>I think they need to have schedule shopping hours.  One time slot for the speed racers and a different one for the slow pokes.  They should also have one for the ones that will just move along at whatever pace seems to be right for the moment, and do so respectfully.

		<description>You know, no matter how many houses they build in the clue-free zone, it seems like there&#039;s always room for more. I&#039;m surprised that that neighborhood doesn&#039;t explode from overpopulation. . . 

But I think we may be kidding ourselves that people don&#039;t know the answers to those questions.  It would be nice to think that was the problem, but I don&#039;t think it is.
