Dear cyclist who rides on the wrong side of the street,

You are endangering me, because unless you get out of the way, I have to move into the car lane to get around you.  Please desist.

Dear motorist who doesn’t know what turn signals are for,

If you actually signal that you’re going to turn across my path, it helps me make better decisions about how to proceed safely.  I’m sure that helps other motorists and pedestrians as well.

Dear Everyone,

It’s true.  SOME motorists are rude and/or unsafe around cyclists.  And SOME cyclists are rude and/or unsafe around motorists and pedestrians.  But it’s not fair to assume that ALL the people of either group are rude and/or unsafe.  It’s also not cool to think that either group is better than the other because of some people’s actions (although I still think that bicycles are the future).
